Job Description

Digital Marketing Manager

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Digital Marketing Manager in United States.

This role sits at the center of a multi-brand, high-growth SaaS marketing engine, where you will own the performance of key digital acquisition channels and the conversion health of core web properties. You will be responsible for driving measurable pipeline impact across paid media, SEO/AEO foundations, and website conversion optimization. Acting as both a strategic owner and hands-on operator, you will manage external agency partners while ensuring every initiative ladders up to CAC and revenue outcomes. You will shape how traffic is acquired, how it converts, and how performance is measured across three distinct brands. This is a highly analytical and execution-focused role, ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving, data-driven environments. You will collaborate closely with demand generation, product marketing, and operations teams in a culture that values ownership, clarity, and impact.

Accountabilities

In this role, you will own digital performance across paid media, website conversion, and technical SEO/AEO, ensuring all acquisition efforts translate into measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes. You will act as the primary owner of external agency performance while optimizing internal digital infrastructure to maximize conversion efficiency and scalability.

  • Own paid media performance across multiple channels, managing external agency execution, budget allocation, creative direction, and CAC outcomes
  • Lead website performance optimization including conversion rate improvements, user journey analysis, landing page strategy, and CRO experimentation
  • Develop and maintain landing page infrastructure, ensuring scalable templates and efficient campaign deployment across HubSpot and WordPress
  • Oversee technical SEO and AEO foundation including site architecture, schema, indexing, redirects, and site speed optimization
  • Design and execute CRO testing programs, defining hypotheses, analyzing results, and scaling successful experiments
  • Manage reporting and performance analysis across paid, organic, and website channels, delivering insights to stakeholders
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with demand generation, marketing operations, content, and product marketing teams to align execution with pipeline goals
Requirements

This position requires strong experience in performance-driven digital marketing, with a proven ability to manage agencies, optimize conversion funnels, and drive measurable acquisition outcomes in B2B SaaS environments. You should be highly analytical, hands-on, and confident working across paid media, web optimization, and technical marketing systems.

  • 4–6 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within B2B SaaS or high-growth environments
  • Proven experience managing or closely partnering with external paid media agencies with accountability for performance outcomes
  • Strong background in website performance optimization, CRO, and conversion funnel analysis
  • Ability to interpret paid media performance data and identify optimization opportunities independently
  • Familiarity with technical SEO/AEO concepts including schema, site architecture, indexing, and Core Web Vitals
  • Experience with analytics and marketing tools such as Google Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, and SEMrush or equivalent
  • Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills across technical and non-technical teams
  • Comfortable working in data-heavy environments and making decisions based on performance insights
Benefits
  • Annual compensation range: CAD 105,000–125,000 (or USD equivalent depending on location)
  • Fully remote work with flexible work environment
  • Unlimited paid time off plus company holidays and annual winter shutdown
  • Comprehensive health benefits (medical, dental, vision, mental health coverage depending on region)
  • Retirement savings plan with employer matching (401k or RRSP depending on location)
  • Home office and monthly technology stipends
  • Wellness and development support, including learning resources, courses, and career growth investment
  • Collaborative, high-trust culture with strong autonomy and ownership over key marketing systems
