Senior Technical Product Manager (Practice Nexus)

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager (Practice Nexus) in the United States.

This role sits at the core of a healthcare technology organization’s internal platform ecosystem, responsible for shaping and scaling the tools that power practice configuration, onboarding, and operational workflows. You will own the strategy and roadmap for a critical platform that connects internal teams with external medical practices, ensuring seamless experiences across configuration, enrollment, and support workflows. The position also includes leadership of a major initiative focused on integrating support and data systems into a unified operational experience. You will work closely with engineering, analytics, implementation, and customer-facing teams to design scalable, data-driven solutions that improve efficiency and user outcomes. This is a highly cross-functional and strategic product role where technical depth meets healthcare impact. You will operate in a fast-moving, mission-driven environment focused on improving primary care delivery at scale.

Accountabilities:
  • Own the vision, roadmap, and execution for Practice Nexus and the MyPractice platform, including configuration, enrollment, program enablement, and EHR overlay workflows.
  • Lead the end-to-end product strategy for the Cloud Couch initiative, ensuring seamless integration between support systems, internal platforms, and user workflows.
  • Partner with stakeholders across engineering, implementation, support, analytics, and operations to define problem spaces, success metrics, and solution direction.
  • Translate complex workflows into structured product requirements, including user stories, MVP definitions, and measurable outcomes.
  • Drive roadmap planning and prioritization, balancing short-term delivery needs with long-term platform scalability and technical health.
  • Define and monitor product and operational metrics in collaboration with analytics teams to guide continuous improvement.
  • Ensure high-quality product delivery through effective QA coordination, release planning, and change management practices.
  • Facilitate cross-functional alignment through structured communication, decision-making forums, and ongoing stakeholder engagement.
  • Support data-informed experimentation and workflow optimization across internal and external user experiences.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of product management experience in SaaS, technology, or technology-enabled services, with strong exposure to platform or internal tools.
  • Proven experience owning complex systems such as admin consoles, configuration platforms, or workflow-heavy internal products end-to-end.
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and close collaboration with engineering teams.
  • Ability to quickly ramp on new domains and manage multiple product areas with competing priorities.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using product metrics, operational data, and user research to guide decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical and operational concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Experience in healthcare technology, digital health, or healthcare services strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with healthcare workflows such as practice operations, provider configuration, or enrollment processes is a plus.
  • Technical fluency with data systems; experience with SQL, analytics tools, or healthcare data models is an advantage.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive alignment across multiple stakeholders without direct authority.
Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation package with salary aligned to experience and market standards.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance with significant employer contribution.
  • Flexible remote-first work environment with strong work-life balance support.
  • Generous paid time off, holidays, parental leave, and long-term sabbatical opportunities.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with company match and stock option eligibility.
  • Professional development support, including education assistance and training programs.
  • Opportunity to work on high-impact healthcare platforms improving access and outcomes for patients nationwide.
  • Inclusive, mission-driven culture focused on collaboration, innovation, and equity in healthcare.
