- Design and develop AI-powered onboarding systems that recommend tools, workflows, and learning paths tailored to different teams and roles.
- Build, maintain, and scale the infrastructure supporting AI applications, ensuring reliability, performance, observability, and seamless adoption across the organization.
- Create custom internal applications, platforms, and integrations that leverage AI agents and large language models to improve workflows and productivity.
- Partner with stakeholders across engineering, product, marketing, operations, legal, and compliance teams to identify bottlenecks and implement AI-driven process improvements.
- Research, evaluate, integrate, and configure emerging AI tools, frameworks, and agent platforms to support evolving business needs.
- Develop and promote best practices for AI-assisted software development and internal tooling.
- Implement monitoring, telemetry, and performance measurement systems to ensure AI solutions remain scalable, reliable, and effective.
- Drive adoption of AI technologies by enabling teams with practical solutions, training, and ongoing support.
- Proven experience building and delivering production-grade software systems with a strong focus on maintainability, scalability, and engineering best practices.
- Hands-on experience developing applications, integrations, or tooling powered by large language models, AI agents, or related technologies.
- Strong knowledge of AI frameworks, orchestration platforms, and development tools such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar ecosystems.
- Demonstrated experience using AI coding assistants and agent-based development tools as a core component of the software development workflow.
- Excellent problem-solving and consulting skills, with the ability to translate business challenges into technical solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of working effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Ability to independently manage projects from concept through delivery while proactively identifying risks and opportunities.
- Experience designing developer-focused platforms, internal tooling, developer experience initiatives, or platform engineering solutions is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with observability, telemetry, monitoring systems, and performance optimization within AI-powered environments is preferred.
- Exposure to blockchain, cryptocurrency, fintech, or other rapidly evolving technology sectors is considered an advantage.
