Position OverviewThe Operations & Executive Support Coordinator will serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for approximately 40+ employer clients regarding their employee benefits programs, HR administration, compliance support, and benefits technology platforms.
This position offers a unique blend of client relationship management, project coordination, technology implementation, and problem-solving. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, learning new technology, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and helping clients find solutions to complex challenges.
This role is partially remote with significant flexibility and minimal travel requirements.

- Manage annual renewal projects and open enrollment processes
- Lead timelines, deliverables, and client communications
- Collaborate with carriers, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for approximately 40+ employer clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Respond promptly to client questions regarding employee benefits, HR administration, and compliance matters
- Conduct client meetings via phone, video conference, and occasional in-person visits
- Assist clients with medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and voluntary benefit programs
- Support employee eligibility, enrollment, terminations, and life event changes
- Coordinate with insurance carriers and third-party administrators
- Help resolve claims, billing, and eligibility issues
- Support benefits administration platforms and HRIS systems
- Assist with employee onboarding and enrollment technology
- Troubleshoot platform issues and provide client training
- Participate in technology implementations and system improvements
- Manage benefit renewals and open enrollment projects
- Coordinate implementation timelines and deliverables
- Track project milestones and communicate updates to clients
- Ensure deadlines are met and projects are completed successfully
- Research and resolve client issues efficiently
- Identify opportunities for process improvements
- Provide exceptional customer service and proactive support
- Help clients navigate employee benefits and HR challenges
- 1–5+ years of experience in:
- Employee benefits administration
- Human resources
- Insurance
- Account management
- Customer success
- Client services
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Positive, professional, and upbeat attitude
- Exceptional problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
