Sr. Operations Analyst

This role plays a critical part in ensuring seamless client onboarding and ongoing operational integrity within pharmacy benefit management systems. You will act as a subject matter expert supporting complex electronic data interchange (EDI) integrations that keep eligibility, claims, and accumulator data synchronized across multiple platforms. The position involves deep analytical work, troubleshooting data flows, and resolving integration issues that directly impact client satisfaction and healthcare outcomes. You will collaborate closely with implementation teams, account managers, and external partners in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. This is a fully remote opportunity within the United States, offering high visibility across client operations. Accountabilities

You will lead and support end-to-end client integration processes, ensuring accurate data exchange, system alignment, and high-quality operational performance across pharmacy benefit management platforms and client systems.

  • Lead complex client onboarding and integration projects, including EDI file setup, data conversion, and system configuration support
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve data issues across eligibility, claims, and accumulator files to ensure system accuracy and continuity
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for PBM file integration processes, standards, and platform configurations
  • Perform data validation, reconciliation, and operational analysis across multiple systems and external partners
  • Support daily and weekly batch file processing, ensuring timely updates and adherence to service standards
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to gather requirements, document processes, and ensure alignment on integration needs
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational workflows, tools, and data quality management practices
Requirements

You bring strong experience in operations, data integration, or PBM environments, with the ability to analyze complex datasets, resolve technical issues, and support mission-critical client operations.

  • 5+ years of experience in operations analysis, PBM operations, client integrations, or related data operations roles
  • Strong understanding of pharmacy benefit management processes, including eligibility, claims, and accumulator systems
  • Experience working with EDI file exchanges, data integration workflows, and database systems
  • Proficiency in SQL and tools such as Microsoft Excel, Access, and other reporting or analysis platforms
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate, interpret, and resolve complex data issues
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external clients in a service-oriented environment
  • Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail and documentation quality
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled tools for data analysis or operational support is a plus
