This role is focused on critical energy systems, ensuring the reliability and continuity of mission-critical electrical infrastructure, particularly Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) systems. You will operate in a highly technical field environment, supporting installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of complex electrical equipment used in data centers and industrial facilities. The position combines hands-on technical execution with customer interaction, requiring strong problem-solving skills and attention to safety and quality. You will collaborate closely with commercial and engineering teams, contributing to service excellence and identifying improvement opportunities in the field. This is a dynamic role with exposure to emergency support, preventive maintenance, and continuous learning in advanced power systems. Acting in the critical energy segment, you will be responsible for supporting and executing field activities related to ATS systems and electrical distribution equipment. Your work will ensure operational reliability, safety, and performance of mission-critical infrastructure.
- Support installation, inspection, maintenance, and repair of Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) systems (ASCO) and related equipment in the field
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mission-critical electrical systems, including generators and distribution panels
- Assist commercial teams by identifying technical opportunities and potential service or upgrade needs at customer sites
- Analyze equipment failures, interpret technical manuals, and apply electrical/electronic knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Prepare detailed technical reports documenting field activities, findings, and service execution
- Develop and follow action plans to correct deviations, improve service quality, and ensure contract compliance
- Ensure timely closure of service orders in field management systems, maintaining accuracy and completeness of records
- Promote and enforce safe working conditions, ensuring compliance with safety standards in all field operations
The ideal candidate has a technical background in Electrical or Electronics Engineering and solid hands-on field experience in critical infrastructure environments. Strong expertise in ATS systems and familiarity with mission-critical operations are essential for success in this role.
- Technical degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering or related field
- Strong experience working in field service operations, preferably in critical infrastructure environments (data centers, facilities, industrial sites)
- Advanced knowledge of Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) systems, particularly ASCO equipment
- Experience with operation and maintenance of generators and electrical systems
- Ability to interpret electrical diagrams, schematics, and technical documentation
- Strong troubleshooting skills and analytical mindset for diagnosing complex equipment issues
- Availability for on-call shifts, emergency service calls, and travel as required
- Intermediate English proficiency for reading technical documentation and basic communication
- Strong commitment to safety, quality, and structured service execution in the field
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with customers and internal stakeholders
