• Design, develop, and maintain Power Platform solutions, including Dynamics 365 and Model-driven applications, ensuring scalable and user-friendly implementations.
• Build and optimize Dataverse data models, including tables, relationships, security roles, and governance structures.
• Develop and manage Power Automate workflows, implementing approvals, exception handling, trigger conditions, and process automation best practices.
• Integrate Power Platform applications with enterprise systems such as SharePoint, Microsoft 365, SQL databases, and external APIs through connectors.
• Support solution lifecycle management, including deployment across environments, user acceptance testing, production releases, and post-go-live enhancements.
• Troubleshoot application, workflow, and performance issues while continuously improving user experience and operational efficiency.
• Contribute to the exploration and adoption of AI-powered low-code capabilities and innovative automation opportunities.

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience developing solutions within the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem.
• Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 and/or Model-driven applications, including forms, views, business rules, commands, and navigation components.
• Solid experience with Dataverse, including data modeling, relationships, security configuration, and role-based access management.
• Proven experience developing Power Automate cloud flows with strong understanding of approvals, retries, error handling, and automation optimization.
• Experience integrating Power Platform solutions with Microsoft and third-party enterprise systems through APIs and connectors.
• Familiarity with application lifecycle management (ALM) concepts and solution deployment across multiple environments.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve flow failures, permission challenges, and performance bottlenecks.
• Ability to gather and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions while supporting testing and deployment activities.
• Exposure to AI Builder, Copilot Studio, generative AI use cases, or other low-code AI capabilities is considered a strong advantage.
• Knowledge of Excel macros and VBA development is a plus.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
