Position Overview
As a Restaurant Manager at Delbar, you will be a key member of our leadership team, responsible for maintaining high operational standards and ensuring outstanding guest experiences. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
Overseeing all front-of-house operations, including staffing, scheduling, and service execution.
Collaborating with kitchen and management teams to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
Supporting the recruitment, training, coaching, and performance management of staff.
Ensuring adherence to all safety, sanitation, and health department regulations.
Managing designated vendor relationships and maintaining cost controls in assigned areas.
Upholding Delbar’s brand standards, company culture, and operational procedures.
Maintaining a proactive presence on the floor and acting as a brand ambassador.
Maintain cleanliness and organization across all guest-facing and employee areas.
Working towards and maintaining a minimum Grade A (95+) on all health inspections.
Holding a valid Serve Safe certification.
Collaborating with the General Manager to improve systems and address operational needs.
