Training Requirements:

• MUST be able to train for up to 4 weeks on 2nd shift
• MUST be able to attend mandatory orientation
• All training paid!

As a DSP, you'll

• Support individuals with autism to live more independently
• Encourage communication, choices, and confidence
• Help with daily living needs (like hygiene and routines)
• Create a positive, safe, empowering environment
• Document services clearly and on time
• Bring creativity, patience, and compassion to every shift

What You Need

• Positivity, empathy, and patience
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• MUST have a High School diploma or GED
• MUST have a Valid Driver’s License (eligible for insurance)
• MUST be able to commit to Day time orientation
• MUST be able to train on 2nd Shift for the 1st month
