Compensation: $80,000–$85,000 + full benefits

About the Role
We're hiring a Senior Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting across all 27 locations and every role that keeps our offices running — dental assistants, hygienists, front-office and patient coordinators, office managers, orthodontic staff, and regional support roles. (Dentist hiring is handled directly by the Chief Talent Officer.)
This is a true end-to-end seat. You'll own the req from the moment it opens to the moment your new hire is handed off to HR — posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, partnering with hiring managers, extending offers, and closing candidates. You'll report directly to the Chief Talent Officer and act as the recruiting engine for the entire organization.
What You'll Do
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for all non-dentist roles across 27 multi-state locations
- Write and post compelling job ads across job boards, social, and our ATS
- Proactively source and build pipelines for high-turnover and hard-to-fill roles
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates for fit and skill
- Partner closely with location and regional hiring managers to define needs, calibrate, and move candidates quickly
- Extend and negotiate offers, and close candidates
- Ensure a clean, well-documented handoff to HR for onboarding
- Track pipeline health, time-to-fill, and other metrics, and report progress to the Chief Talent Officer
- Deliver a fast, professional, and welcoming candidate experience that reflects the Risas brand
What You Bring
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally high-volume and/or multi-location
- Healthcare, dental, retail, or services industry recruiting is a strong plus
- Proven ability to source passive candidates and fill roles at pace
- Comfort managing many open reqs across multiple markets simultaneously
- Strong hiring-manager partnership and communication skills
- Experience with an ATS and modern sourcing tools
- Highly organized, self-directed, and metrics-minded
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus given the communities we serve
Compensation & Benefits
- $80,000–$85,000 annual salary
