Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and reliable HVAC Technician with strong experience in commercial air conditioning, refrigeration, and freezer systems. The ideal candidate has hands-on knowledge of restaurant maintenance, including basic plumbing, electrical work, and light construction. This position is perfect for someone who takes pride in quality work, responds quickly to urgent issues, and can work independently with minimal supervision.
Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems, including rooftop units.
Service and troubleshoot commercial refrigerators, freezers, walk-ins, and reach-ins.
Perform routine preventive maintenance on all cooling and refrigeration equipment.
Complete restaurant facility maintenance, including:
Basic plumbing repairs (sinks, drains, leaks).
Basic electrical troubleshooting (outlets, switches, lighting).
Light construction tasks (patching walls, minor repairs, fixture installation).
Respond to emergency service calls and ensure minimal downtime for operations.
Maintain accurate service records and communicate clearly with management.
Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
3+ years of experience in commercial HVAC and refrigeration.
Strong knowledge of walk-in coolers, freezers, compressors, and commercial AC units.
Experience working in restaurant environments preferred.
Ability to perform basic plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance tasks.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
EPA Certification (preferred but not required).
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
