Job Description

Founded in 1987, RAND Engineering & Architecture, DPC is an employee-owned 115+ person Manhattan-based firm that designs, specifies, and administers restoration, upgrade, and adaptive re-use programs on behalf of owners, managers, and co-op and condo boards.
We are currently seeking a Bookkeeper / Finance Associate for our Finance department. Candidate should be self-motivated, energetic, organized and a team player.

Responsibilities:

· Assist the Finance Team in day-to-day financial matters as needed

· Prepare monthly invoices

· Participate actively in timely collection of outstanding invoices

· Prepare, post, verify, and record daily deposits

· In charge of Accounts Payable management (payments, entry, etc)

· Prepare cash management reconciliation

· Manage payroll uploads

· Prepare payroll reconciliation

Job Requirements:

· BS in finance or similar degree

· 2 years’ experience

· Attention to detail

· Strong communication skills

· Strong attention to detail

· Strong business application skills

· Willing and adaptive

· Analytical, problem solver

· Able to understand complex computations

· Able to manage multiple projects

· Organizational and administrative skills

· This is a long-term position with solid growth potential


The pay range for this role is:
55,000 - 60,000 USD per year(Office)
