Compensation
- $46–$75 per visit/hour
- Pay is determined by geographic location, experience, and employment classification
- W-2 and 1099 opportunities available
- Full-time and part-time schedules
Your Role
- Provide occupational therapy treatment under the direction of a supervising Occupational Therapist
- Implement individualized treatment plans
- Document patient progress using our electronic medical record
- Educate families on home activities that reinforce therapy goals
- Collaborate with supervising therapists and the interdisciplinary team
- Deliver compassionate, family-centered care

Qualifications
- Active Arizona COTA license
- CPR Certification
- Article 9 Certification
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Pediatric or home health experience is a plus but not required.
