As a Business Development Intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience in sales, customer relationship management, and business development while working alongside a supportive team in a high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
  • Build long-term relationships with existing customers by providing exceptional service and support.
  • Understand clients’ business needs and recommend the most suitable payment processing solutions.
  • Stay up to date on company products, services, and industry trends.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and ensure complete client satisfaction through follow-up.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and networking.
  • Meet with business owners to understand their goals and present customized payment solutions.
Qualifications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Self-driven with the ability to work independently.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic CRM or database management.
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
  • Familiarity with business development or payment processing is preferred but not required.
  • Professional, confident, and customer-focused mindset.
