Location: Livonia, MI (Hybrid Eligible After 90 Days)
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay: $17.00–$19.00/hour (based on experience)

As a Patient Care Center Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for many of our patients and play an essential role in creating a positive experience from the very first call.

Responsibilities include:

• Answer incoming patient calls with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency
• Schedule new and existing patient appointments
• Verify patient information and update electronic medical records
• Assist patients with telehealth appointments and basic technical support
• Communicate with providers and internal departments to ensure seamless patient care
• Document interactions accurately within our electronic medical record system
• Maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
• Deliver exceptional customer service while managing multiple priorities

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Professional, positive, and compassionate phone presence
• Comfortable learning new software and technology
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Previous healthcare, medical office, scheduling, or call center experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required
