We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to create intuitive, trustworthy experiences for complex AI-powered enterprise workflows.
This role offers the opportunity to shape products used in highly regulated environments where accuracy, transparency, and usability are critical.
You will own major product areas from discovery through execution, transforming complex operational challenges into simple and effective user experiences.
Working closely with product and engineering teams, you will influence product direction while maintaining a strong focus on customer needs.
The ideal candidate enjoys solving ambiguous problems, designing sophisticated systems, and creating experiences that build user confidence.
This is a hands-on role for a designer who wants meaningful ownership and the opportunity to define how people interact with intelligent workflow solutions.

Accountabilities:

The Senior Product Designer will lead the design of key product experiences, combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution. This role requires the ability to simplify complex workflows, collaborate across teams, and create scalable design solutions that support users in demanding operational environments.

  • Own the end-to-end design process for major product areas, including discovery, user flows, interaction models, and visual systems.
  • Design intuitive enterprise software experiences involving complex workflows, operational processes, and multi-step user journeys.
  • Translate business, customer, and regulatory requirements into clear and effective product experiences.
  • Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define problems, evaluate solutions, and make informed design decisions.
  • Partner closely with engineering teams to ensure high-quality implementation and alignment between design and technical execution.
  • Create AI-driven experiences that prioritize trust, transparency, explainability, and user control.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterative design improvements based on customer feedback.
  • Build and maintain scalable design systems, patterns, and documentation as products evolve.
  • Contribute to product strategy by identifying opportunities, challenging assumptions, and improving user outcomes.
  • Balance customer needs, technical limitations, and business objectives to deliver impactful solutions.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate is an experienced product designer who excels at solving complex problems and designing enterprise-grade products. You should have strong interaction design skills, experience working with cross-functional teams, and the ability to create meaningful experiences in environments with evolving requirements.

  • 6+ years of professional product design experience, with significant experience in enterprise or B2B software.
  • Proven experience designing complex systems such as dashboards, workflow tools, administrative platforms, or regulated products.
  • Strong skills in interaction design, information architecture, and user-centered problem solving.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand complex user needs and translate them into practical product solutions.
  • Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams in fast-paced product environments.
  • Ability to balance user experience goals with technical constraints and business priorities.
  • Comfortable working through ambiguity and adapting designs as product requirements evolve.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking, problem-solving depth, and product impact.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with fintech, banking, payments, or other regulated industries is highly preferred.
  • Experience designing AI-powered products, automation solutions, data-heavy interfaces, or operational tools is a plus.
  • Experience creating or contributing to design systems is an advantage.
Benefits:
  • Fully remote work environment with flexibility across Canada and the United States.
  • Opportunity to design impactful products in complex, high-value operational environments.
  • High ownership and influence over product direction and user experiences.
  • Close collaboration with product, engineering, and leadership teams.
  • Opportunity to shape the future of AI-powered workflow experiences.
  • Work on challenging design problems where trust, usability, and innovation are equally important.
  • Supportive environment focused on craftsmanship, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Opportunities to grow professionally while working on meaningful technology solutions.
