About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced BCBA to join our team in Chico. As an BCBA, you will be responsible for designing and implementing behavior intervention plans for clients with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities. You will work closely with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients. Your expertise in ABA therapy will be essential in helping our clients achieve their goals and reach their full potential.

Minimum Qualifications:

Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related fieldBoard Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certificationMinimum of 2 years of experience providing ABA therapy to clients with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilitiesExperience conducting assessments and developing behavior intervention plansExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsReliable vehicle, a driver’s license, and car insuranceMust Pass DOJ background check

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with clients of all agesExperience working in a clinical or school settingExperience supervising and training behavior technicians

Responsibilities:

Disseminate ABA in a clinical and ethical wayConduct initial assessments to identify client needs and develop individualized behavior intervention plansProgram updates: goals, behavior plans, recomendationsConduct FBAs and FAsConduct Early Intervention assessments and make recommendationsImplement behavior intervention plans and monitor progress toward goalsOversee RBTs and provide training and or oversight for candidates. Provide training and support to families and caregiversCollaborate with other professionals to ensure coordinated careMaintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plansCarry a Supervision Caseload of 6-14 Professional attendance including staff meetings, clinical meetings and IEP's
