The role combines consultative selling, strategic negotiation, persuasive communication, and commercial judgment.
You will work with ambitious service-based business owners and professionals, helping them understand the value of a growth-focused investment partnership.

This is an opportunity for an exceptional closer to directly influence transaction volume and business growth in a performance-driven environment.

Accountabilities
  • Qualify prospective business partners and assess their suitability for an investment and growth partnership.
  • Present the investment model, strategic services, and partnership value proposition clearly and persuasively.
  • Lead prospects through a consultative sales process, adapting your approach to their business objectives, concerns, and growth ambitions.
  • Own negotiations and serve as the primary deal-maker through the final stages of the partnership process.
  • Handle challenging conversations and objections with confidence, professionalism, resilience, and sound commercial judgment.
  • Build trust with prospective partners while ensuring they fully understand the proposed partnership and its potential value.
  • Drive new investment acquisition and consistently contribute to transaction volume and overall growth objectives.
  • Finalize partnership and investment agreements once terms have been mutually agreed upon.
  • Ensure a smooth and complete handoff of newly acquired partners to Partner Success and Operations teams.
  • Maintain a high standard of professionalism, integrity, responsiveness, and attention to detail throughout the acquisition journey.
  • Work autonomously while consistently applying established sales systems, processes, and go-to-market strategies.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of professional experience, preferably in a high-performance sales, business development, investment acquisition, consulting, or partnership environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to close complex, high-value deals and move prospects from consideration to commitment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present sophisticated concepts in a compelling and accessible way.
  • Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities, with confidence navigating difficult or high-stakes commercial conversations.
  • Highly persuasive and consultative communication style without relying on aggressive or transactional sales tactics.
  • Strong commercial awareness and the ability to identify opportunities, understand business drivers, and communicate compelling value.
  • Comfortable presenting complex ideas and strategic concepts to strong-willed business owners, executives, and other senior decision-makers.
  • Highly resilient, self-motivated, and capable of maintaining performance through challenging sales cycles and negotiations.
  • Proven ability to work independently, manage priorities, and take complete ownership of outcomes.
  • Strong commitment to following established systems, processes, and operating standards while contributing ideas for improvement.
  • Authentic, trustworthy, and professional interpersonal style that establishes credibility quickly.
  • A service-oriented mindset with a genuine focus on helping clients and colleagues succeed.
  • Residential real estate experience is beneficial but not required; transferable experience from other industries is welcome.
  • Willingness and ability to learn a specialized investment model, business strategy, and sales methodology through structured training.
Benefits
  • Competitive commission-based earning opportunity with typical annual income starting around $70,000.
  • High earning potential, with the opportunity to reach $250,000+ annually as deal-closing performance develops.
  • Performance-driven compensation aligned with successful investment and partnership acquisition.
  • Comprehensive training on the business model, go-to-market strategy, systems, and processes.
  • Opportunity to work directly with ambitious business owners and professionals.
  • High degree of autonomy and ownership over the sales and acquisition process.
  • Opportunity to make a measurable contribution to business expansion and transaction growth.
