Learn how to professionally prepare and present quality food. The Cook is responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality meals and food items for the hospital cafeteria, catering functions, and other Food & Nutrition Services operations. This position follows standardized recipes, production schedules, food safety standards, and quality expectations to ensure a positive dining experience for employees, patients, visitors, physicians, and guests. The Cook plays a key role in maintaining efficient kitchen operations while supporting the organization's commitment to service excellence. The position is aligned with Food & Nutrition Services operations. Cross-train and assist in other Food & Nutrition Services functions as needed.

Requirements: High School Diploma or GED preferred. Culinary or vocational food service education preferred. Minimum of one year of cooking experience in a restaurant, healthcare, hospitality, cafeteria, or commercial food service environment preferred.
