• 99+ ATAR with 45+ raw study score in Chemistry (or equivalent subject mastery)
• First-year university level knowledge or above in Chemistry
• Strong communication skills and the ability to simplify complex concepts
• Energy, empathy, independence and a proactive mindset
• A full academic year commitment with 10+ hours weekly availability
