Inside Sales Specialist in Norcross, Georgia at HD Construction Equipment Hyundai North America

Primary Duties:

The Inside Sales Specialist is a key contributor to the growth of our forklift business, responsible for managing the full order-to-delivery cycle. This role involves coordinating inventory, processing dealer orders, and supporting sales operations to ensure timely shipments and achievement of monthly sales targets. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with internal teams and dealers to optimize inventory allocation and streamline the supply chain process.

Responsibilities:

Order Management: Initiate and manage orders for inventory and factory-built machines to fulfill dealer demand accurately and on time, supporting sales goals in assigned regions.

Dealer Support: Collaborate with the Dealer Network and Sales Team to provide marketing support, sales tools, and operational assistance as needed. Communicate regularly with dealers and District Managers (DMs) regarding pricing, shipment updates, and order status.

Supply Chain Execution: Handle the full supply chain process in SAP, including Quotation, Sales Order, Factory Order, Purchase Order (PO), and Billing. Coordinate and track domestic and international shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery in alignment with monthly sales and shipping targets.

Process & Documentation: Oversee and maintain all order documentation and ensure accurate processing in internal systems to support fulfillment, invoicing, and reporting.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, or a related field (preferred)

Bilingual in Korean & English (preferred)

Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems

Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other Microsoft Office applications

Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail

Work environment and other requirements:

The work environment is a non-smoking office environment combined with some travel (10%) to assigned dealers. Microsoft Office and internal HNA systems utilization. No heavy lifting required. Accommodations can be made for handicapped employee.
