Job Description
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Traditional Finance PMO (CEO Office) based in India.
This is a high-impact strategic role responsible for driving the end-to-end delivery of a major Traditional Finance expansion program.
You will coordinate a complex portfolio of initiatives spanning products, markets, regions, vendors, and infrastructure partnerships.
Working across product, engineering, risk, legal, compliance, and finance, you will create alignment across multiple workstreams and jurisdictions.
You will provide executive-level visibility through integrated planning, governance, reporting, and launch-readiness frameworks.
The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on program execution in a fast-paced, high-velocity environment.
You will help shape market expansion, manage critical dependencies, and ensure strategic priorities translate into successful launches.
This is an opportunity to operate at the center of a global transformation bridging traditional financial services and digital assets.
- Own and maintain the integrated program plan for the Traditional Finance roadmap, including milestones, critical paths, dependencies, and delivery timelines across the portfolio.
- Establish and run the PMO operating cadence, including weekly workstream reviews, executive steering committees, RAID logs, scorecards, launch-readiness updates, and senior leadership reporting.
- Coordinate market-expansion initiatives across multiple regions, aligning regulatory and licensing readiness, localization requirements, and launch sequencing with legal, compliance, and regional teams.
- Lead vendor and strategic partner workstreams, supporting the sourcing, onboarding, and ongoing coordination of external market-data and infrastructure providers.
- Define launch-readiness criteria, establish go/no-go gates, and coordinate phased launches, post-launch reviews, and retrospectives with product and engineering teams.
- Identify critical-path risks, blockers, and dependencies early, escalating issues appropriately and driving resolution with stakeholders across product, engineering, risk, legal, and finance.
- Maintain competitive intelligence on the Traditional Finance landscape to support roadmap prioritization, market-entry decisions, and program sequencing.
- Standardize PMO tools, dashboards, OKRs, KPIs, and reporting frameworks to provide clear visibility into portfolio health and delivery performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline; an MBA, PMP, or CFA is preferred.
- Demonstrated project or program management experience within a broker-dealer, exchange, fintech, investment bank, management consultancy, or comparable financial-services environment.
- Proven track record delivering trading, market-data, brokerage products, or large-scale financial-services transformation programs.
- Strong understanding of Traditional Finance market structures and financial products across multiple asset classes.
- Experience coordinating launches across multiple jurisdictions and navigating regulated workflows, including licensing, compliance, and partner agreements.
- Exceptional executive communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex, multi-workstream programs into concise steering materials and actionable updates.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities, with the ability to make effective trade-offs in ambiguous and rapidly changing environments.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across senior stakeholders and geographically distributed teams in a fast-paced, high-velocity environment.
- Prior experience with a global brokerage or exchange and knowledge of the competitive Traditional Finance landscape are strong advantages.
- Familiarity with crypto assets, tokenization, digital-asset trading, and regulatory regimes across major global markets is a plus.
- Competitive salary and comprehensive company benefits.
- Remote work arrangement, with flexibility depending on business and team requirements.
- Opportunity to work on strategic, high-priority initiatives at the intersection of Traditional Finance and digital assets.
- Collaboration with highly experienced, globally distributed teams across product, engineering, finance, legal, compliance, and risk.
- High degree of autonomy and exposure to senior leadership in a results-driven environment.
- Opportunities for professional growth, continuous learning, and career development.
- Fast-paced environment offering exposure to complex international markets, financial products, and emerging technologies.
