This is a full-time role focused on government relations, regulatory affairs, and public policy within the transportation and logistics sector.
You will monitor legislative and regulatory developments and assess their potential impact on business operations.
The role combines regulatory analysis, stakeholder engagement, policy communication, and compliance support.
You will contribute to policy briefs, reports, presentations, forums, and external meetings with relevant stakeholders.
Your work will help protect organizational interests while ensuring awareness of evolving government requirements and market regulations.
You will collaborate with internal leadership and external stakeholders in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.

- Act as a subject-matter resource on regulatory matters, particularly those involving product, policy, legislative, and regulatory changes.
- Monitor and analyze government legislation, regulatory developments, market rules, and procedures that may affect the organization.
- Prepare policy briefs, regulatory reports, presentations, and other materials to communicate relevant developments and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate on the preparation and organization of forums, meetings, and stakeholder gatherings to exchange information regarding business activities and potential legislation.
- Support efforts to ensure organizational interests are represented and protected during legislative and regulatory proceedings.
- Represent the organization at assigned external business and stakeholder meetings, communicating positions and gathering relevant market and regulatory intelligence.
- Maintain regulatory databases and tracking systems to ensure legislative and policy developments are accurately documented and accessible.
- Participate in developing and maintaining policies and programs that promote awareness of government legislation and regulatory issues across the organization.
- Advise management on regulatory and compliance matters and support efforts to ensure business activities remain aligned with applicable legal requirements.
- Independently resolve moderately complex regulatory and public affairs issues while escalating higher-complexity matters to the appropriate internal stakeholders.
- Build and maintain productive relationships with government representatives, industry stakeholders, and other relevant external parties.
- Bachelor's degree in Law.
- Current license to practice law in Mexico.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in public affairs, government relations, regulatory affairs, or a closely related field.
- Experience in the transportation and logistics industry is considered an asset.
- Strong knowledge of legislative, regulatory, and government relations processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear and persuasive reports, presentations, and policy materials.
- Highly analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and the ability to interpret complex regulatory information.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and confidence representing an organization in external meetings and forums.
- Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and manage moderately complex issues with limited supervision.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to monitor multiple regulatory developments and priorities simultaneously.
