About the Role
The Membership Ambassador leads the Operations team in setting the tone for customer’s first experiences in our space and serves as a primary human touchpoint in digital communications with prospective members. This isn’t a traditional sales role. It’s about building real relationships with prospective members, helping people find the membership that fits their life, and making sure our Operations Specialists feel confident having those same conversations every day. - Help refine workflows and identify opportunities to improve how we capture interest and convert it into membership.
Membership Education & Coaching

- Model great conversations on the floor so your teammates can learn by watching and doing — this role makes the whole team better.
Market Growth Support

- Bring curiosity and a continuous improvement mindset to how our team welcomes new guests and members.
