Details:

Full-time: 40 hours per week
-
Schedule typically is 7:30a-4p
-
Weekends and on call worked on a 8-10 week rotation
JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for supervising all aspects of the electrical maintenance, repair, and contracting at Stillwater Medical Center. Maintains the electrical systems of the facility in safe working condition. Performs maintenance and urgent corrective and routine repairs for the electrical systems/equipment. Installs and repairs electrical wiring, fixtures, control equipment, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS:
-
High School Graduate or GED equivalent.
-
State Licensed Electrical Contractor.
-
Good communication skills.
-
Flexible and adaptable to a changing health care environment.
-
Having and maintaining a valid Oklahoma Driver’s License and satisfactory driving record is a condition of employment.
-
Willing to work outside regular shift including overtime, call, and emergency situations.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
-
Able to work in a latex-burdened environment.
-
Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
-
Able to climb and work from a ladder.
-
Adequate vision, or correctable with glasses/contacts for reading blueprints and diagrams.
-
Must have adequate perception of sounds or adequate hearing with corrections.
-
Must be able to talk and hear to communicate with others.
-
Able to stand/walk for extended periods of time throughout the work schedule.
