What You Will Bring

Three to six years of substantive labor and employment experience
Experience gained with a general practice or labor and employment boutique firm
Active Tennessee bar admission
Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and communication skills
Excellent academic credentials
The ability to work independently and collaboratively
A commitment to responsive, high-quality client service
