- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities, ensuring accurate deal progression, strong forecasting discipline, and consistent visibility into expected revenue.
- Conduct consultative discovery conversations with senior leaders to understand regulatory, compliance, operational, cybersecurity, vendor-management, and efficiency challenges and connect those needs to appropriate solutions.
- Develop compelling, outcomes-based sales narratives that clearly communicate business value, return on investment, and the practical impact of technology on customer organizations.
- Navigate multi-threaded and complex sales cycles by building relationships across technical, operational, compliance, and executive stakeholders and maintaining momentum throughout the buying process.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales Development, Product, Partnerships, and other internal teams to align messaging, coordinate execution, and maximize opportunities.
- Maintain accurate pipeline activity, forecasting, and deal information in Salesforce to support effective sales management and business visibility.
- Consistently achieve or exceed quarterly and annual annual recurring revenue (ARR) targets through disciplined prospecting, opportunity management, and closing execution.
- Bring at least 5 years of SaaS sales experience, with 2 or more years selling into Wealth, Trust, or RIA organizations strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated success in new-logo acquisition roles, including experience managing annual sales quotas of $600,000 or more in ARR.
- Proven ability to independently generate a significant portion of pipeline, with experience self-sourcing at least half of qualified opportunities through outbound prospecting and relationship development.
- Experience selling compliance, risk management, vendor management, workflow automation, or comparable business software is a strong advantage.
- Strong understanding of complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes and the ability to navigate lengthy buying cycles while maintaining executive engagement and deal momentum.
- Excellent discovery, storytelling, presentation, and consultative selling skills, with the ability to translate technical capabilities into clear business outcomes for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Comfortable engaging C-level and senior decision-makers, including Chief Compliance Officers, COOs, CTOs, Risk Officers, and other executive stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of the operational challenges facing Wealth, Trust, and RIA organizations, particularly in areas such as compliance, cybersecurity, vendor oversight, and operational efficiency.
- Highly resilient, proactive, accountable, and disciplined, with the ability to remain motivated through complex sales cycles and consistently pursue ambitious goals.
- Team-oriented, coachable, curious, and comfortable working within established sales processes while taking ownership of individual performance.
- High integrity and a genuine interest in understanding customer challenges and helping organizations solve meaningful business problems.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
