Job Description
Role: This position provides timely and accurate support, with a friendly and positive attitude, to internal and external customers both verbally and in writing; process various member transactions such as transaction processing, draft clearing processing and exceptions, return deposit items, Foreign Item processing, ATM/ITM image deposit reviewal and mobile deposit image reviewal.
Work Type: Full-time, on-site at our Larpenteur Administrative office in Falcon Heights, MN
Major Duties and Responsibilities
- Receive and respond to branch staff, administrative staff, and member requests to resolve account issues.
- Process mail transactions for deposits and loan payments
- Processing daily draft processing file and exceptions
- Process Draft Stop Payment requests
- Processing return deposit items
- Processing of Foreign Items
- Review items for ATM/ITM deposit
- Review items for remote deposit capture
- Other department duties as assigned.
Other Duties
- Comply with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control

- Perform other duties as assigned to support effective department operation
Your Schedule:
- This position will be FT 40 hours/week, Monday through Friday, with rotating Saturdays. (Saturday paid 1.5x for hours worked).
- Consistent and reliable attendance is a required essential function of this role to meet the needs of the organization.
Experience/Education/Certifications/Licenses
- Minimum High School degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 1-2 years similar or related financial experience.
Demonstrated Knowledge
- Microsoft Office
Ability to:
- Give and obtain information, as well as advise or refer as needed
- Complete simple math skills
- Understand banking computer systems
- Enter data with a high level of accuracy
- Document
Communication Skills
Ability to interact/respond to members/staff to politely based on a general ‘script’; written communications are templated.
Physical Requirements
Ability to sit and stand; answer calls; operate computer; interact with internal staff and public on the phone; lift up to 20 lbs.

We are committed to providing salary ranges for all open positions. Please note that the specific compensation for this role will be determined based on your experience, qualifications, location, and internal equity considerations. The salary range for this position is: $22.53 -$24.00/hour. This range reflects the base salary for this position. We have other benefits associated with this position which include: low-cost medical (as low as $20 a paycheck), dental insurance, vision insurance, quarterly bonuses, generous vacation and sick time hours, paid leave options, up to 6% 401k contribution, and tuition reimbursement.
