Do you have a flair for customer service, great people skills, enjoy being busy, and love to have fun while getting paid for it? Come join the team at the Eagle View Bistro! We are hiring PT/FT baristas for Eagle View Bistro for another epic summer season.

As a Barista, you form an important part of our front-line staff. Your excellent communication skills, positive outlook, and general knowledge of the resort and the bistro will play a key role in providing an agreeable experience to our guests.

Working closely with other servers and cashiers, as a Barista you will take orders from guests, create specialty coffees and pastries, ensure guests’ satisfaction, handle our guests’ payments, and resolve their complaints/concerns.

Required Experience & Qualifications:

Excellent communication, customer service, and time management skillsProfessional appearance and attitudeKnowledge of health and safety regulationsKnowledge of food and beverage productsPrevious experience, especially with handling cash an assetFOODSAFE certification an assetPoint-of-sale system experience an asset

Take and relay food and beverage ordersCreate specialty coffees and pastriesServe food and beverages to guestsEnsure guest satisfactionResolve complaints and concerns of guestsProvide food and beverage product knowledgeUse proper serving techniquesHandle payments from guestsCash out and reconcile cash with totalsSIR required10 hour shift availabilityflexible to do other tasks, ( dishes, food runner ect)
