  • Strong ability to interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and construction specifications
  • Proven experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments
  • Demonstrated capability in risk management, scheduling, budgeting, and project monitoring
  • Proficiency with construction and project management tools; familiarity with AutoCAD and estimating tools is a plus
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to coordinate contractors and cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while exercising sound judgment in decision-making
  • Experience in public-sector construction or higher education environments is preferred

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range of USD 80,526 to 96,631 per year, based on experience and qualifications
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance coverage, including domestic partner eligibility
  • Retirement plan options including state pension system or 401a retirement plan
