This role sits at the intersection of corporate law, legal publishing, and AI-driven legal innovation, supporting the creation of high-quality, practice-focused content used by legal professionals worldwide. The position is designed for an experienced Corporate and M&A lawyer who wants to apply deep transactional expertise in a non-traditional legal environment. You will contribute to shaping authoritative legal know-how that helps practitioners work more efficiently and with greater confidence. The role combines legal analysis, writing, and editorial review with continuous engagement in evolving market practices. You will also support the development of next-generation AI-powered legal tools, helping translate complex legal frameworks into structured, usable insights. Working within a collaborative, expert-led environment, you will engage with colleagues across product, technology, and commercial teams. Accountabilities

In this role, you will leverage your Corporate and M&A expertise to develop, refine, and maintain high-quality legal content and support AI-enabled legal solutions used by practitioners globally. You will ensure materials remain accurate, practical, and aligned with evolving market standards while contributing to editorial excellence and innovation.

  • Research, write, and maintain clear, current, and practice-oriented corporate and M&A legal content aligned with market developments and user needs
  • Review, edit, and enhance content produced by internal teams and external legal contributors to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Monitor legal, regulatory, and transactional market trends to keep content and guidance up to date
  • Support the development of AI-powered legal tools and workflows by applying subject-matter expertise
  • Contribute to internal editorial AI tools and processes to improve efficiency, quality, and consistency
  • Build and maintain relationships with external practitioners and legal networks to ensure content reflects real-world practice
  • Collaborate with product, sales, marketing, and technology teams to translate legal expertise into customer-facing solutions
Requirements

This role requires an experienced Corporate and M&A attorney with strong transactional background, excellent writing ability, and comfort working at the intersection of law, technology, and AI-enabled tools.

  • Juris Doctor and active license to practice law in at least one US jurisdiction
  • Minimum of 8+ years of experience in Corporate and M&A law within a law firm or in-house environment
  • Strong background in entity formation, governance, and Delaware corporate law principles
  • Extensive experience in public and private M&A transactions, including drafting and negotiating complex agreements
  • Ability to translate complex legal concepts into clear, concise, plain-English writing
  • Strong analytical and research skills with attention to detail and editorial precision
  • Comfortable working with AI tools and emerging legal technologies to enhance productivity and accuracy
  • Collaborative mindset with ability to work independently and cross-functionally across teams
  • Strong communication skills, with ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders and practitioners
  • Curiosity and adaptability in exploring how AI is reshaping legal practice
