  • Establish and monitor Agile metrics, key performance indicators (KPIs), and reporting mechanisms to evaluate transformation progress and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with government stakeholders, contractors, and technical teams to ensure alignment of Agile practices with healthcare technology modernization objectives.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, servant leadership, and customer-centric delivery.
  • Provide thought leadership on emerging Agile methodologies, practices, and industry trends, particularly within healthcare and healthcare IT environments.

*This position is designed to be flexible, with responsibilities evolving to meet business needs and enable individual growth.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance.
  • Master's degree in Information Technology, Business, Healthcare Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience leading Agile transformations and large-scale Agile implementations within medium to large organizations.
  • Certified SAFe Practice Consultant-Trainer (SPCT) certification is required.
  • Demonstrated expert-level knowledge and hands-on experience adopting and scaling Agile practices across enterprise environments.
  • Extensive experience implementing and supporting the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) at the enterprise level.
  • Proven experience coaching and mentoring executive leadership, program leadership, and delivery teams through Agile transformations.

  • Strong facilitation, communication, stakeholder management, and organizational change management skills.
  • Experience supporting healthcare, healthcare technology, or health IT modernization initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and drive change across complex organizational structures.

Preferred:

  • Experience supporting federal government agencies, particularly the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) or Veterans Health Administration (VHA).
  • Additional Agile certifications such as Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), PMI-ACP, ICAgile, or related credentials.
