Job Description

Sr. GTM Marketing

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sr. GTM Marketing Manager based in the United States.

This role sits at the intersection of marketing, strategy, and execution within a highly technical and mission-driven environment focused on digital identity and trusted data infrastructure. You will be responsible for shaping how complex public-sector and enterprise solutions are positioned, understood, and adopted in the market. The work spans the full go-to-market surface area, from messaging and content to campaigns, sales enablement, events, and customer narratives. You will operate in a fast-moving, high-ownership team where ambiguity is the norm and initiative is essential. A key part of your impact will be translating complex technical and policy-driven concepts into clear, compelling stories that support long sales cycles and relationship-driven deals. This is a highly cross-functional role working closely with marketing leadership, sales, product, and executive stakeholders. It is ideal for someone who thrives in environments where strategy and execution are tightly connected and where marketing directly influences revenue outcomes.

Accountabilities:
  • Develop and execute end-to-end GTM marketing strategies that support positioning, demand creation, and sales enablement across complex public-sector and enterprise opportunities.
  • Create and iterate on core marketing assets including messaging frameworks, web content, campaigns, sales collateral, and account-specific narratives.
  • Partner closely with sales and leadership teams to support account planning, deal acceleration, and relationship-driven outreach initiatives.
  • Translate technical, policy, and infrastructure concepts into clear, compelling storytelling tailored to diverse stakeholders including government and enterprise buyers.
  • Build and manage integrated campaigns and event strategies that generate meaningful engagement and qualified opportunities.
  • Develop reusable content systems, templates, and AI-enabled workflows to scale GTM execution and improve team efficiency.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, delivery, and executive teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment across all external communications.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in infrastructure, enterprise software, developer tools, fintech, identity, or government-focused technology.
  • Proven ability to ship GTM assets across multiple formats including positioning, campaigns, content, sales enablement, and web messaging.
  • Strong storytelling and writing skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical or policy-driven subject matter.
  • Experience working closely with sales teams in long-cycle, relationship-driven, or enterprise sales environments.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools to accelerate marketing workflows and build scalable content or GTM systems.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Figma and modern AI-enabled platforms (e.g., Claude or similar).
  • Strong strategic thinking combined with a bias for execution and high ownership in ambiguous environments.
  • Ability to operate cross-functionally across product, marketing, sales, and leadership stakeholders.
Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation package aligned with experience and market benchmarks.
  • Remote-friendly work environment across the United States.
  • Opportunity to work on mission-critical digital identity infrastructure with long-term societal impact.
  • High-ownership role with significant influence over GTM strategy and execution.
  • Exposure to cutting-edge AI-enabled marketing practices and workflows.
  • Close collaboration with senior leadership and cross-functional technical teams.
  • Fast-moving, high-impact environment focused on building foundational public-sector technology.
