This role is part of a high-impact IT operations environment focused on Identity and Access Management (IAM), ensuring secure, reliable, and efficient access across enterprise systems. You will be responsible for supporting critical identity services, managing user lifecycles, and maintaining the integrity of authentication and authorization systems. Acting at the intersection of infrastructure, security, and client services, you will collaborate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and customers to ensure seamless access governance. The position requires strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with a proactive mindset toward service stability and SLA adherence. You will also play a key role in improving processes, documentation, and automation initiatives. - Provide Identity and Access Management (IAM) support services, including user lifecycle operations such as provisioning, deprovisioning, and access modifications across enterprise systems.
- Monitor and manage daily support tickets, ensuring timely resolution and strict adherence to defined SLAs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in identity systems and host environments, identifying root causes related to access, authentication, and system inconsistencies.
- Maintain and administer Active Directory (AD) and Azure Active Directory (Entra ID), including group management, organizational units, and access policies.
- Support identity governance processes including SSO, MFA, conditional access, and enterprise application integrations.
- Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to understand requirements, align IAM solutions, and support ongoing initiatives.
- Maintain accurate system documentation, operational records, and audit-ready reports to ensure compliance and traceability.
- Assist users and stakeholders by creating technical guides, SOPs, and knowledge-sharing materials.
- Contribute to security, compliance, and governance initiatives by enforcing IAM best practices and access control standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field, or equivalent practical experience in IAM or IT operations.
- Hands-on experience with Active Directory (AD), including user provisioning, group management, OU structures, and troubleshooting access issues.
- Experience with Azure Active Directory / Entra ID, including SSO, MFA, conditional access, and identity governance.
- Knowledge of IAM protocols such as SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and LDAP.
- Basic scripting skills (PowerShell preferred) for automation and operational tasks.
- Understanding of Windows Server environments, DNS, networking fundamentals, and system logs analysis.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in client-facing interactions, requirement gathering, and status reporting.
- Ability to create clear documentation, SOPs, and user guides.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tickets and manage SLAs effectively.
