It is an ideal opportunity for an experienced consultant who thrives in complex ERP environments and enjoys solving real-world operational challenges.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead full-cycle NetSuite ERP implementations for advanced manufacturing clients, including discovery, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
  • Translate complex manufacturing and business requirements into scalable NetSuite solutions aligned with industry best practices.
  • Configure, optimize, and maintain key NetSuite modules including Advanced Manufacturing, WIP, BOMs, MRP, Inventory Management, and Financials.
  • Manage end-to-end system implementation activities including data migration, integration support, and user acceptance testing.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by providing guidance on ERP best practices, system optimization, and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and alignment across all phases of delivery.
  • Deliver training, documentation, and post-implementation support to ensure successful system adoption and long-term client success.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and continuously identify opportunities for process and system enhancements.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in NetSuite ERP consulting or implementation roles.
  • Strong expertise in NetSuite Advanced Manufacturing, including configuration and operational use cases.
  • Proven experience leading ERP implementations in manufacturing environments with exposure to WIP, BOMs, MRP, and inventory processes.
  • NetSuite certifications (ERP Consultant, Advanced Manufacturing, or related) strongly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing consulting skills.
  • Strong project leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple implementation workstreams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder and based in the United States (Central or East Coast preferred).
Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary range of $145,000–$175,000, plus utilization-based bonus opportunities.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions.
  • Paid time off available from the first year of employment.
  • Remote work flexibility within the United States.
  • Opportunity to work on complex, high-impact manufacturing ERP transformation projects.
  • Collaborative, team-oriented environment focused on knowledge sharing and professional growth.
  • Equal opportunity workplace with a strong culture of support and mutual respect.
