Senior Project Scheduler - Mission Critical

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Project Scheduler - Mission Critical based in United States.

This role plays a critical part in delivering complex mission critical construction projects, ensuring schedules are accurately developed, maintained, and optimized from project initiation through completion. Working closely with field teams, subcontractors, clients, and scheduling consultants, you will help drive predictability and execution excellence across high-value data center builds. The environment is fast-paced and highly collaborative, requiring strong coordination across multiple stakeholders and project phases. You will leverage advanced scheduling tools to monitor progress, identify risks, and support proactive decision-making. This position is heavily field-oriented and may require extensive travel or relocation depending on project needs. It offers the opportunity to directly influence project delivery outcomes in large-scale, technically demanding construction environments.

Accountabilities:
  • Develop, update, and maintain detailed project schedules for mission critical construction projects from inception to completion
  • Collaborate with subcontractors, clients, field teams, and scheduling consultants to establish baseline schedules and monthly updates
  • Monitor project progress, track schedule performance, and forecast potential delays or impacts
  • Identify and communicate schedule risks, variances, and mitigation strategies to project stakeholders
  • Perform schedule analysis including fragnets, delay analysis, and time extension assessments
  • Support cash flow projections and schedule-related reporting activities
  • Participate in schedule reviews, claims discussions, and coordination meetings
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent relevant experience
  • Experience in construction scheduling, preferably in large-scale or mission critical/data center environments
  • Strong proficiency with Primavera P6 scheduling software preferred
  • Solid understanding of construction methods, sequencing, and project execution workflows
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret schedule data and identify risks
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment
  • Experience with schedule analysis, forecasting, or claims support is a plus
