Job Description
Program Director of Clinical Services - Supply Chain Management

Work Location: Texas Health Corporate, 612 E. Lamar Blvd., Arlington, TX 76011
Work Hours: Full Time Days (8:00am-5:00pm) for 40 hrs/week (remote work allowed at manager's discretion)
Department Highlights:
What You Will Do:
Responsible for the systematic development, implementation and coordination of specific project teams related to supplies and/or equipment utilized all across THR entities. Choose appropriate clinical or other staff from around THR to fairly represent the specific initiative, working closely with them to assure buy in and support from appropriate peer groups. Develop criteria to be utilized for fair and balanced outcomes. 25%
Responsible for the creation and/or management of all data analysis in the building and refining of data used in the decision making process for the projects managed. Also, develop, monitor and analyze appropriate performance measurement tools to help manage supply costs. Includes building spreadsheets and analysis through THR information and financial systems for presentation and decision making. 20%
Coordinate and negotiate with hundreds of supply and equipment vendors in the process of supply/equipment standardization/cost reduction. Also interact with the GPO (Premier) staff around contract creation and utilization. Work with the OnHand team to ensure that contracts are available to their members, meet compliance measures and maximize savings. 20%
Maintain and manage contracts associated with all assigned projects - aware of critical time lines and due dates of legal agreements. Also, design and manage implementation schedules for all product conversions. Maintain and manage contracts for the Wholly Owned, Joint
Ventures and Affiliate Facilities. 15%
Produce and present status reports and financial summaries to all levels of the organization regarding current and future projects. 10%
Create effective relationships with system Materials Managers, system leadership, physicians, and all clinical staff in the daily completion of duties. As well as, assisting in the programs of vendor certification, equipment recalls, and clinical staff education. Lead a host of committees and councils, BPSC, Clinical and Surgical Councils. 10%

Bachelor's Degree Req
Experience
5 Years Supply chain role Req and
Healthcare experience Pref
Licenses and Certifications
CPMSM - Certified Professional Medical Services Management Prefer CPM and/or CMRP Upon Hire Pref
Skills
MS Office proficiency (Excel & Access), Business Objects, financial analysis, negotiation, and public speaking
