Associate Director of Institutional Integrity and Insights

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for an Associate Director of Institutional Integrity and Insights in United States.

This role plays a key part in advancing institutional compliance, integrity, and continuous improvement across a large, distributed higher education environment. You will support state authorization activities and ensure accurate, timely submissions that keep academic programs in good standing across multiple jurisdictions. The position combines compliance oversight, data-informed decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration with academic and administrative teams. You will help maintain audit-ready systems, strengthen documentation practices, and improve institutional processes through structured analysis and reporting. Working independently while engaging widely across departments, you will act as a critical connector between compliance requirements and operational execution. This is a highly detail-oriented and mission-driven role suited for someone who thrives in structured yet evolving environments.

Accountabilities:

Lead and support institutional compliance and state authorization activities while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and audit readiness across systems and processes.

  • Prepare, complete, and submit routine state authorization filings and related regulatory documentation.
  • Maintain and update institutional records, compliance documentation, and supporting resources across internal repositories and systems.
  • Ensure audit readiness by organizing, tracking, and validating compliance-related data and materials.
  • Oversee SharePoint and document management practices to improve accessibility, consistency, and operational efficiency.
  • Support contract administration processes, including tracking, routing, and maintaining associated documentation.
  • Lead project management efforts for institutional improvement initiatives within the office.
  • Collaborate with Institutional Research, Admissions, Financial Aid, Academic Affairs, Campus Operations, and IT to ensure compliance alignment and data accuracy.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts through data analysis, reporting, and process optimization recommendations.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

  • 3–5 years of experience in higher education administration, compliance, institutional research, or related operational roles.
  • Strong understanding of higher education systems, processes, and regulatory or accreditation environments preferred.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with strong data organization and reporting skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and strict deadlines simultaneously.
  • Experience working with education technology systems (e.g., student information systems, LMS platforms, or enterprise tools) is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate, structured documentation and records.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across diverse institutional departments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and support decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex compliance requirements into operational tasks.
  • Highly adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Benefits:
  • Competitive annual salary range of $55,000–$60,000 (based on experience and qualifications)
  • Generous paid time off, including holidays and extended seasonal breaks
  • Comprehensive retirement plan with employer contributions and matching options
  • Tuition benefits for employees and discounted education opportunities for family members
  • Personal leave allowances supporting work-life balance
  • Access to health, wellness, and employee assistance programs
  • Flexible work environment supporting autonomy and productivity
  • Opportunity to work within a mission-driven, innovation-focused higher education environment
  • Long-term professional development within a large academic institution
