The Job:

As a Restaurant Supervisor at Baleen Kitchen, you will be responsible for leading the front-of-house team to ensure a smooth and exceptional dining experience for our guests. Your role will include overseeing daily restaurant operations, supporting team members, ensuring quality service, and upholding our standards of hospitality. You will have the opportunity to create memorable experiences for guests through your attention to detail, warm presence, and leadership on the floor.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in a restaurant or hospitality supervisory role
  
• Refined verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Proven leadership and team development abilities
  
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations
  
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  
• Commitment to providing high-level customer service
  
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  
• Knowledge of POS systems and basic office software
  
• Ability to stand and move for extended periods
