This role sits at the intersection of engineering, product, and developer experience, focused on enabling users to fully understand and adopt a modern headless CMS platform. You will be responsible for creating high-quality technical documentation, tutorials, and developer resources that simplify complex concepts and empower developers and partners. Working in a fully remote, international environment, you will collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to translate technical capabilities into clear, actionable content. The role has a strong impact on user success, developer onboarding, and platform adoption. You will also contribute by building sample applications and API-based examples that demonstrate real-world use cases. You will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and improving technical documentation and developer resources that help users effectively understand and use a modern API-first CMS platform.
- Develop and maintain high-quality documentation, including API references, developer guides, tutorials, and FAQs
- Create sample applications, code snippets, and prototypes to demonstrate product capabilities and real-world usage
- Act as a subject matter contributor for headless CMS concepts, supporting developers, partners, and customers
- Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and support teams to ensure documentation accuracy and completeness
- Identify user pain points and translate technical complexity into clear, structured, and accessible content
- Support internal teams by resolving documentation gaps, clarifying technical workflows, and improving knowledge sharing
- Continuously update documentation based on product changes, releases, and user feedback
You are a technically strong and detail-oriented professional with a background in software development and technical writing, capable of translating complex engineering concepts into clear documentation.
- 5+ years of experience in web development or software engineering
- Proven experience in technical writing, documentation, or developer education
- Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs; GraphQL experience is a plus
- Hands-on experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, Next.js, Nuxt, Svelte, Astro, etc.)
- Solid understanding of Git and collaborative development workflows
- Experience working with CMS platforms; headless CMS experience is highly desirable
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics clearly and simply
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
