The position plays a strategic role in building trusted analytics foundations, reusable BI products, and scalable reporting solutions that support operational excellence and executive decision-making.
Working cross-functionally with analytics, engineering, finance, and operations teams, the role drives alignment around metrics, data governance, and reporting standards.
It goes beyond dashboard development by emphasizing long-term data strategy, semantic layer design, and scalable analytics frameworks that enable automation and AI-driven initiatives.
The role offers significant ownership and influence, allowing the successful candidate to guide BI best practices, mentor peers, and shape organizational data maturity.
Operating in a collaborative and innovation-focused environment, this opportunity is ideal for a technically strong BI leader who thrives on solving complex business challenges through data.
It is especially suited for professionals passionate about scalable analytics, operational intelligence, and impactful business outcomes.

Accountabilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade BI datasets, semantic layers, dashboards, and reporting solutions that support operational and strategic decision-making.
  • Define, govern, and evolve business-critical metrics, taxonomy, and reporting standards to ensure trusted and consistent analytics across teams.
  • Partner closely with data engineering teams to support scalable data pipelines, ingestion requirements, transformation logic, and long-term analytics architecture.
  • Translate exploratory analytics into reusable and production-ready BI products that support operational execution and executive visibility.
  • Build and optimize advanced SQL transformations and scalable data models for high-performance BI workflows.
  • Drive data quality initiatives by identifying inconsistencies, assessing business impact, and implementing improvements across systems and processes.
  • Develop analytics foundations that support automation, AI-powered reporting, experimentation, and self-service analytics capabilities.
  • Establish documentation standards, metadata frameworks, and governance practices that improve discoverability and trust in BI assets.
  • Collaborate with operational, analytics, finance, and workforce management stakeholders to prioritize impactful initiatives and reduce reliance on ad hoc reporting.
  • Mentor and guide BI practitioners while helping define scalable standards and technical direction across the organization.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics Engineering, or related data-focused roles.
  • Strong expertise in SQL, data modeling, complex data transformations, and performance optimization techniques.
  • Advanced experience designing Tableau dashboards and governed semantic layers for enterprise-scale reporting environments.
  • Proven track record of defining, documenting, and managing business-critical metrics used by senior leadership teams.
  • Strong understanding of scalable BI architecture, reusable analytics products, and enterprise data governance practices.
  • Experience working in dynamic, fast-paced environments with evolving business requirements and priorities.
  • Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and strategic decision-making capabilities.
  • Outcome-oriented mindset with focus on adoption, scalability, trust, and measurable business impact.
  • Experience supporting customer operations, contact centers, workforce management, or operational analytics environments is preferred.
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Salesforce, Genesys, workforce management systems, or billing platforms is considered a plus.
  • Exposure to AI-driven analytics, automation initiatives, experimentation frameworks, or decision-support systems is highly valued.
Benefits:
  • Competitive annual base salary ranging from approximately $112,700 to $189,400 USD depending on location and experience.
  • Eligibility for equity awards and long-term incentive opportunities.
  • Fully remote work flexibility across the United States.
  • Inclusive, collaborative, and innovation-driven company culture.
  • Opportunity to work on high-impact analytics and AI-driven transformation initiatives.
  • Career growth and leadership development opportunities within a highly recognized technology organization.
  • Flexible distributed-first work environment built around autonomy and trust.
  • Access to comprehensive employee benefits and wellness programs.
