Accountabilities:
  • Lead the development and execution of integrated state and regional strategies to achieve profit and growth targets for personal auto lines.
  • Oversee product, pricing, and risk management decisions and ensure timely implementation across assigned markets.
  • Conduct advanced market, competitor, and performance analyses to identify opportunities and inform strategic direction.
  • Develop business cases and present recommendations that influence senior leadership decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including Product, Claims, Distribution, Legal, and Marketing to align strategies and execution.
  • Contribute to countrywide strategic initiatives while adapting approaches to state-level requirements and market conditions.
  • Lead, mentor, and support the professional development of direct reports and go-to-market teams.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in insurance, ideally within personal lines or auto insurance.
  • Strong expertise in product management, pricing strategy, and risk management within a regulated insurance environment.
  • Proven leadership experience managing teams and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Advanced analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to interpret complex market and financial data.
  • Strong communication and executive presentation skills, with experience driving alignment at senior levels.
  • Ability to balance long-term strategy development with short-term operational execution.
  • Deep understanding of insurance market dynamics, competitive landscapes, and regulatory considerations.
