• Architect and build secure, scalable, and highly available cloud infrastructure supporting enterprise-grade systems.
• Lead the design and continuous improvement of CI/CD pipelines to increase deployment speed, reliability, and engineering efficiency.
• Optimize distributed systems performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement scalable solutions for high-traffic services.
• Drive infrastructure-as-code initiatives and manage system upgrades using tools such as Terraform, CDK, or CloudFormation.
• Implement and enhance observability frameworks using tools like Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, or similar monitoring solutions.
• Define engineering best practices, documentation standards, and operational procedures to improve system reliability and maintainability.
• Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and maintain infrastructure that supports product engineering at scale.

• 7+ years of software engineering experience with strong focus on backend systems, cloud infrastructure, and distributed systems.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Go, Python, TypeScript, or Ruby.
• Extensive experience designing and operating cloud-based infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CDK, CloudFormation, or Pulumi).
• Strong background in containerization and orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker, or AWS ECS).
• Experience with observability tools such as Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack.
• Solid understanding of databases, including SQL and PostgreSQL, and familiarity with data systems such as ClickHouse.
• Experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools to accelerate engineering workflows.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence technical direction and mentor others effectively.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
