In this role, you will lead a high-performing sales team focused on advanced cardiac rhythm management solutions, driving both commercial performance and meaningful clinical impact. You will oversee regional sales execution, ensuring strong alignment with business objectives, market expansion strategies, and customer needs. The position combines people leadership with hands-on commercial involvement in a highly specialized medical technology environment. You will build strong relationships with key healthcare stakeholders, including clinicians and hospital decision-makers, to support adoption and growth of innovative therapies. This is a fast-paced leadership role where performance, coaching, and strategic execution directly influence patient care outcomes. You will also play a key role in shaping sales capability, market strategy, and operational excellence within your region.
- Lead, coach, and manage a regional sales team to achieve revenue targets and ensure strong execution of commercial strategies in the cardiac rhythm management segment.
- Develop and implement business plans for existing and prospective healthcare accounts, driving market expansion and product adoption.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key hospital stakeholders, clinical teams, and decision-makers to support long-term partnerships and growth.
- Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitive activity to identify new opportunities and refine go-to-market strategies.
- Provide coaching and technical guidance to sales representatives on product knowledge, clinical applications, and sales effectiveness.
- Oversee daily sales operations, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives, compliance standards, and performance expectations.

This role requires strong experience in medical device or healthcare sales, with proven leadership in managing and developing high-performing sales teams. Candidates should bring deep understanding of clinical environments, customer engagement in hospitals, and complex sales cycles. Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills are essential, along with the ability to operate in a highly regulated and performance-driven industry.
- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences
- Proven experience in sales leadership or supervisory roles managing field sales teams
- Strong understanding of cardiac rhythm management or similar medical technology areas is highly preferred
- Ability to develop and execute regional sales strategies and achieve revenue targets
- Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills with clinical and hospital stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends, performance data, and competitive positioning
