In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, stability, and reliability of advanced AI voice and web-based applications used by global customers. You will play a key role in validating new features, identifying defects, and ensuring that user experiences remain seamless across browsers, devices, and environments. Working closely with engineering, product, and customer-facing teams, you will contribute to delivering high-impact releases in a fast-paced, Agile-driven environment. The position requires a strong attention to detail, curiosity for product behavior, and a structured approach to testing and documentation. You will actively participate in the full development lifecycle, from sprint planning to release validation. This is a highly collaborative role where your work directly influences product quality and user satisfaction. - Design, develop, and execute detailed manual test plans and test cases to ensure comprehensive coverage of web application features and user flows.
- Perform hands-on functional, regression, and exploratory testing across multiple browsers and devices.
- Identify, reproduce, isolate, and document defects with clear and structured reporting, including steps, expected vs. actual results, and supporting evidence.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to support issue triage and prioritization based on user impact and severity.
- Maintain and update QA documentation, including test cases, regression suites, and release validation reports.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, standups, grooming, and retrospectives to ensure QA involvement throughout development cycles.
- Conduct release validation and regression testing to ensure product stability before production deployments.
- Continuously improve QA processes, test coverage, and cross-team communication to enhance product quality.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in manual QA testing, particularly for web applications.
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies including test planning, test design, regression testing, exploratory testing, and defect reporting.
- Experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional engineering and product teams.
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify root causes effectively.
- Strong written communication skills for clear and structured defect documentation.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Linear, or similar issue tracking systems.
- Experience using browser developer tools for debugging and issue reproduction.
- Exposure to API testing tools such as Postman is a plus.
- Knowledge of accessibility testing (WCAG) or audio/voice-based products is an advantage.
- Familiarity with test automation concepts is considered a bonus.
