This role sits at the intersection of strategy, execution, and cross-functional coordination, ensuring organizational priorities are translated into clear, actionable plans. You will work closely with senior leadership to define goals, structure OKRs, and drive alignment across multiple teams. The position plays a key role in managing high-impact initiatives and ensuring strategic programs stay on track from concept to delivery. It requires strong analytical thinking, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to bring structure to complex, fast-moving environments. You will also oversee special projects that support enterprise-wide objectives and mission-driven outcomes. This is a highly visible role with direct exposure to executive decision-making and organizational planning. The environment is collaborative, mission-oriented, and focused on measurable impact.
In this role, you will act as a central coordination point for strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment across teams and execution against key organizational priorities. You will support leadership in structuring goals, managing timelines, and tracking progress toward outcomes.
- Serve as a hub for cross-functional coordination to keep projects organized, aligned, and progressing on schedule
- Translate high-level strategic objectives into actionable project plans, timelines, and deliverables
- Support executive leadership in goal setting, OKR development, and performance tracking
- Facilitate collaboration across departments to resolve competing priorities and maintain alignment
- Monitor progress on strategic initiatives, identifying risks, blockers, and opportunities for improvement
- Lead and manage special projects and executive-driven initiatives from planning through execution
- Gather insights, track outcomes, and contribute to continuous process and operational improvement
The ideal candidate brings strong project management experience, strategic thinking, and the ability to operate effectively in complex, cross-functional environments. You are comfortable supporting senior leadership and translating strategy into execution.
- 3–5+ years of experience in project management, strategy, operations, or a related field
- Proven experience supporting executive or senior leadership teams
- Strong ability to translate strategic goals into structured, actionable plans
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong stakeholder management ability
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to adapt in fast-changing environments
- Experience with organization-wide planning, reporting, or OKR processes preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong research and analytical capabilities
- Competitive salary range: $125,000–$131,000 annually
