As a Junior Data Analyst at Trellance, you will play an essential role in supporting financial institutions by analyzing data, creating reports, and developing dashboards to provide actionable insights. You will work closely with senior analysts and other stakeholders to contribute to the success of credit unions through data-driven decisions. Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis:

• Support senior analysts in analyzing credit union data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Assist in extracting and consolidating data from various sources, including databases, spreadsheets, and APIs.
• Help clean and preprocess data to ensure its accuracy and consistency.

Dashboard Development:

• Learn to create interactive and visually appealing dashboards using tools like PowerBI or Tableau.
• Assist in customizing dashboards to meet the specific reporting needs of credit union management.

Strategic Recommendations:

• Collaborate with senior analysts to provide data-driven recommendations to improve credit union operations.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and support the implementation of data-informed decisions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Statistics, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of SQL programming and database management.
• Basic knowledge of data visualization tools like PowerBI or Tableau.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools like Excel, R, and Python
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
