Campaign & Pipeline Marketing Manager

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Campaign & Pipeline Marketing Manager in United States.

This role sits at the intersection of campaign strategy, pipeline generation, and modern B2B growth marketing, supporting a fast-moving environment where marketing directly fuels revenue outcomes. You will design and execute end-to-end campaigns that translate market signals, audience insights, and product messaging into scalable pipeline programs. Working closely with Product Marketing, Sales, SDRs, and Marketing Operations, you will help shape how demand is created and converted across key GTM motions. The environment is highly collaborative, experimental, and data-driven, with strong emphasis on speed, clarity, and execution quality. You’ll also be encouraged to leverage AI tools to accelerate ideation, content creation, and campaign optimization. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in ambiguity and enjoys turning ideas into measurable business results.

Accountabilities:
  • Build and execute integrated, pipeline-driven marketing campaigns aligned with GTM priorities, demand generation goals, and revenue targets
  • Translate audience insights, market trends, and performance data into actionable campaign concepts, messaging, and multi-channel execution plans
  • Own the full campaign lifecycle from planning and briefing through execution, launch coordination, and post-campaign follow-up
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams including Product Marketing, Sales, SDRs, Marketing Operations, Content, and Field Marketing to ensure alignment and impact
  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate research, messaging development, content ideation, campaign structuring, and execution workflows
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide clear recommendations for optimization, iteration, and scaling of successful initiatives
  • Develop repeatable campaign frameworks, playbooks, and processes to improve consistency and execution efficiency
  • Support experimentation across ABM programs, email, webinars, digital campaigns, partnerships, and content-driven pipeline motions
  • Continuously identify creative ways to engage target audiences and improve funnel progression and conversion outcomes
Requirements:
  • 3–5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, pipeline marketing, campaign marketing, or growth marketing roles
  • Proven hands-on experience building and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns with measurable business impact
  • Strong ability to connect data insights, audience needs, messaging strategy, and business objectives into cohesive campaigns
  • High fluency with AI tools and comfort integrating them into daily marketing workflows for speed and quality improvement
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across Sales, Product, and Marketing teams
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate campaign performance and iterate based on data-driven insights
  • Creative thinker with a strong bias for execution, experimentation, and continuous improvement
  • Bonus: Experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, enterprise software, or technical B2B environments, especially with ABM or SDR-aligned campaigns
  • Bonus: Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM platforms, analytics tools, and modern GTM tech stacks
Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation package aligned with experience and market benchmarks
  • Comprehensive health coverage including medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • Equity participation opportunities in a high-growth environment
  • Flexible remote-friendly work environment supporting autonomy and work-life balance
  • Opportunity to work in a fast-scaling, innovation-driven cybersecurity company
  • Strong focus on learning, professional development, and career advancement
  • Collaborative, international team culture with high emphasis on ownership and impact
  • Exposure to cutting-edge AI-driven marketing workflows and GTM experimentation
  • Inclusive workplace committed to diversity, equity, and equal opportunity
