This role is responsible for owning the most judgment-intensive components of the monthly close process, preparing and reviewing complex journal entries and reconciliations, delivering financial reporting and variance analysis, and ensuring accuracy and completeness across the Americas close and reporting cycle. You will also be responsible for reviewing and approving the team’s work product, providing coaching and development, and progressively expanding their scope as processes stabilize and mature. The position primarily supports operations and business units in the United States, with additional exposure to Canada, Chile, and Argentina.
