This is an exciting opportunity to contribute directly to business growth while building advanced sales and technical communication skills.

Accountabilities:
  • Research and identify target accounts, key stakeholders, and decision-makers within healthcare and related industries using modern prospecting tools and sales intelligence platforms
  • Execute high-volume outbound outreach campaigns through calls, emails, and social engagement to generate qualified pipeline opportunities
  • Qualify leads using established sales methodologies such as BANT, MEDDIC, or similar frameworks to assess business needs and fit
  • Schedule and coordinate discovery calls and product demonstrations for Account Executives while ensuring seamless lead handoff
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach activity, pipeline updates, and prospect engagement within CRM systems such as Salesforce
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales leadership to share prospect feedback, optimize messaging, and improve campaign performance
  • Develop a strong understanding of cloud-based document workflow solutions, APIs, compliance requirements, and AI-driven automation technologies
  • Consistently achieve or exceed activity goals and pipeline generation targets while contributing to overall revenue growth initiatives

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales development, inside sales, business development, or another customer-facing B2B SaaS role
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume outbound prospecting efforts with resilience, persistence, and professionalism
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to personalize outreach and engage decision-makers effectively
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and sales engagement tools like Outreach, SalesLoft, Apollo, or similar technologies
  • Experience using prospecting and research tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo
  • Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment while maintaining strong organization and accountability
  • Ability to quickly learn technical concepts related to APIs, cloud solutions, compliance, and document automation platforms
  • Coachable mindset with curiosity, adaptability, and a desire to grow into advanced sales or closing roles
  • Bonus points for experience selling into healthcare, finance, or regulated industries, as well as formal sales training or quota-exceeding performance history

Benefits:

  • Competitive compensation package including base salary, commission opportunities, and potential equity participation
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage
  • 401(k) plan with strong company matching contributions
  • Flexible remote-first work environment aligned with Eastern Standard Time business hours
  • Flexible paid time off and generous work-life balance support
  • Paid parental leave, mental health resources, and Employee Assistance Programs (EAP)
  • Annual performance reviews with merit-based compensation increases
  • Company-wide events and in-person team gatherings designed to foster collaboration and connection
  • Clear career progression opportunities with training and mentorship programs designed to support advancement into Account Executive and closing roles
